This account is signed in, but it is not in the initial Fishing Logger test group.
Install FishyStuff desktop
Install the signed Linux AppImage or the Nix package. Sign in and connect fishing-log synchronization from the desktop app; enrollment credentials are never copied through the browser.
- Install and launch FishyStuff. The AppImage offers an optional rootless per-user installation on first run; Nix users install the package through their profile.
- Select an absolute system-installed
dumpcapexecutable and a concrete capture interface. FishyStuff does not bundle Wireshark capture software or invokesudo. - Sign in, review this installation’s retained history, and choose Enable synchronization and contribute. Participation is separate from account sign-in.
Desktop / Dataset Contribution privacy notice
Read this separate notice before downloading Desktop or connecting synchronization. It explains local capture, private synchronization, and dataset contribution. This is information, not consent; opening or saving it does not activate contribution.
The complete English and German notice is available online to signed-in, eligible account holders before participation. Current Terms acceptance is not required to read or download it.
