View on map: Leather Carp

An artificially bred fish species notable for its unique scale pattern. It possesses large scales solely beneath the dorsal fin, with the rest of its body being scaleless, which earns it the name, "Leather Carp." This species is highly adaptable to various environments and is known to prey on native fish resources. The leather carp offers a mild flavor, making it suitable for consumption both raw and boiled.

Potential fishing zones are suggested automatically from real-player ranking observations and still need review.

How ranking evidence is attributed

Ranking observations record a fish, timestamp, and player position—not the fish’s exact catch location. FishyStuff attributes a 500-game-unit uncertainty ring around that position to the current fishing-zone map.

Fully contained

The entire uncertainty ring falls inside one fishing zone in the current map. This is stronger spatial support, but it is not promoted automatically: ranking evidence does not establish a fishing group, and zone boundaries may still need review.

Partial overlap

The ring crosses a zone border and touches more than one fishing zone. Every touched zone receives weaker positive support because the exact zone attribution is unclear.

These counts indicate presence support, not catch rates or drop rates.
